Sarah Welch

Sarah Welch has spent her working career in customer service, first as a Hairstylist and the past 20 years as a Realtor. Customers are always #1 Whether it's helping a buyer find their HOME or a homeowner to sell their property – her commitment is a Priority.

After becoming a Licensed Realtor, she didn't stop her training – she completed her classes to earn the GRI Designation (Graduate Realtor Institute). When the Real Estate Market changed from buyers/sellers looking at papers and books to internet searches – she completed the course work to become e-PRO Certified.

Always active in the Community & Real Estate Association, she served on the Dan River Region Association of Realtors board for seven (7) years - President, Vice-president, Treasurer and Director. In 2010 she was honored as Realtor of the Year. As a menber of the Virginia Association of Realtors, she served three (3) years on the Public Policy Committee and currently serves on the Professional Development Committee.

Sarah is a full time, full service Real Estate Professional. Born and raised in the Danville Area, she currently resides in Pittsylvania Co. with her husband Steve.
