Julie Lee

Julie Lee is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, where she studied business and communication.  She has proudly called Danville home since 1993.  During these years, she raised four young men who have grown up to become successful business owners, a commercial airline pilot, and her youngest,  a police academy graduate who served in the United States military and is now a detective in Concord, NC. Her four beautiful grandchildren, Isabella, Zane, Marcela and Alaethea, are the joys of her life!

Julie was affiliated with Premier Designs Jewelry for over 16 years, consistently ranking in the company’s top 1% of sales nationwide until its closing.  During her time there, she not only excelled in sales but also built and led a successful team, mentoring others and creating opportunities for additional streams of income through network marketing. She was just as passionate about helping others grow financially as she was about sharing beautiful jewelry with her clients. 

In addition to her sales career, Julie co-owned a real estate investment company, It Takes Two, where she gained hands-on experience renovating homes. This background provided her with a strong foundation in real estate, giving her a keen understanding of property value, construction quality, and what buyers are truly looking for. 

Julie currently owns and operates an Airbnb near downtown Danville and remains actively involved as an investor in her son's Real Estate holdings company. 

In 2020, Julie decided to combine her extensive background in sales, marketing, and real estate investment by joining Wilkins & Co Realtors as a Realtor licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina. As a former downtown Danville resident, she is excited to play a role in the reinvention of Danville and its downtown and River Districts.
