Anne Pritchett was born in Danville and attended Danville Public Schools. She graduated cum laude from Stratford College with a BA in Elementary Education and Sociology and a minor in Psychology.

She has been married to Whitney Pritchett for 31 years and they have two grown children, Ashley and Whitney.

Anne has been active in real estate since 1990; she was the 1991 Rookie of the Year and has been an award-winning top producer for the past 10 years. She is the 2001 president-elect for the Dan River Region Association of Realtors. Anne also manages to find time for community involvement and is a member of Commission of Architectural Review Board, The Wednesday Club, the Danville Concert Association, The Garden Club of Danville, Danville Museum of Fine Arts and History, Danville Historical Society and First Presbyterian Church.
